Etching metal nameplate manufacturing process details

Etching plate: mainly check the use of mask, etching after processing three steps of processing and made of embossed metal plate or concave metal plate.

Etching process:

1) blanking: according to the size required by the drawing (layout size), add no less than 5mm rough edges around.Shearing board USES 720 type pedal type shearing board machine, requirement surface is level off, all round have no profit.

2) surface treatment of metal etching nameplate:

(1) mechanical polishing: a 2.2-4 kw polishing machine is used to mechanically polish the wool, and a 300-350 motor speed of the cloth wheel is generally 2000-3000 RPM.

(2) alkali treatment: cook the metal plate with 10-15% sodium hydroxide in an aqueous solution of 65-85℃ for 10-30 seconds, then wash it with clean water and immerse it in 5% acid solution.

(3) powder treatment method: with a flat brush dipped in the old powder (double powder) will plate uniform cross method brush ears, until the removal of dirt, or remove the effect of oxygen skin, and then with 5% dichromate potassium solution in the closure.

(4) wire-drawing treatment: the metal surface is wire-drawing treated by mechanical or manual methods to achieve the regeneration effect of the metal surface.
