One: choose corrosion - resistant ink

Two: protection of corrosion treatment
1. The metal plate adopt the way of all coating corrosion protection coatings, can choose to use manual, mechanical or computer program-controlled cutter cutting, scraping, will be etched parts of a protective layer to remove, corrosion protective layer, for corrosion protection of graphic, spray coating method available, pouring, brush, dip, and add centrifugal or coated, etc.

3. The pattern composed of photosensitive film obtained by the printing process of chromium glue is treated by chemical solid film or high temperature solid film.
4. Using chrome ink process to obtain a picture and text composed of photosensitive film, ink and red powder mixture.This photosensitive chromium film and ink, red powder or toner fusion formed by the text film is acid resistant, it is used for corrosion protection, etching metal, making plates or nameplate parts.
The appearance of this layer of film with wear resistance is not very ideal, so it is rarely used directly in the nameplate graphic, so it belongs to the process of corrosion protection layer.
