Material thickness: 1.0mm-1.5mm (0.04”—0.06”)

Etching can be divided into dry etching and wet etching, which are generally made of various types of stainless steel

Common process flow:

Exposure method: open material-automatic cleaning material-drying → film or coating → drying → exposure → development → curing → drying-etching → stripping → complete

Screen printing method: cutting → cleaning the plate (stainless steel and other metal materials) → screen printing → etching → stripping → completion

The etched signs can be matched with various post-processes such as oil spraying, wire drawing, texture, and adhesive paste according to the needs of customers to make the etched signs more beautiful, high-end and colorful.
